KT Junior UI/UX Designer skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Assist in the creation of visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

-Design engaging content and graphics for social media, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations.

-Understand project requirements, concepts and user needs.

-Work closely with developers and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project requirements.  

-Create wireframes, low or high-fidelity prototypes, user flows and responsive mockups.

-Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

-Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs or receive and implement feedback to refine and improve designs in a timely manner.

-Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure consistency across design elements and user interfaces.  

-Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates, ensuring files are properly named, version-controlled, and easy for the team to access.

-Work closely with senior designers to modify templates for unique projects or campaigns requiring tailored adjustments or collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design requirements.

-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail.

-Adapt templates for multiple formats, including resizing and optimizing for mobile, web, and print.
