KT at the ARCOE Kick-off Meeting in Rome

On June 23–24, 2025, KT proudly participated in the kick-off meeting of the EU-funded ARCOE Project (Advancing Research Careers through Organizational Excellence), hosted at the Italian Space Agency’s Fondazione E. Amaldi in Rome. This milestone event brought together 14 partner organizations from across Europe, united by a shared goal: to strengthen research careers through institutional transformation, innovative services, and international collaboration. 

The two-day agenda was packed with strategic presentations and collaborative sessions, including introductions, policy perspectives from the European Commission, and detailed walkthroughs of each work package. The highlight for KT came on the morning of June 24, when Stavros Delavinias, Research Project Delivery & Bid Manager at KT, presented Work Package 3 (WP3) – Virtual Talent Innovation Ecosystem Hub. 

WP3 represents a critical pillar of the ARCOE project, aiming to design and implement a dynamic digital hub that fosters connectivity, skills development, and visibility for researchers across Europe. The WP3 presentation covered the planned timeline, detailed the distribution of tasks among partners, and outlined the key expected outcomes. It also introduced the methodological framework and templates that will support the development of the Virtual Talent Innovation Ecosystem Hub in the months ahead.
