The 3rd Plenary Meeting of the AI4Deliberation project took place on 26–27 March 2026 in Lugano, Switzerland. The meeting was hosted by University of Zurich (UZH), bringing together project partners for two days of in-depth discussions, collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The plenary sessions provided an overview of the project’s progress, while also creating space for strategic alignment on upcoming activities.
Among others, the meeting focused on reviewing the overall status of the AI4Deliberation project, designing AI-enabled deliberation methods, and co-developing a framework to inform investment decisions. It also covered the planning and evaluation of digital deliberative democracy pilots, as well as the coordination of project management, dissemination, and exploitation activities.
Epaminondas Koutavelis, Research Project Delivery Manager at Konnektable Technologies, participated in the meeting online and contributed to partner discussions. During the sessions, he presented the work package being developed by our company, which focuses on the AI toolkit, architecture and knowledge graph designed to support deliberative processes.
The meeting served as a valuable milestone for the consortium, offering an opportunity to reflect on the progress achieved so far and to align on the next steps towards delivering the project’s objectives and impact.
