KT Supports Search and Rescue Use Case 2 in Thessaloniki

The Konnektable Technologies Ltd. team, consisting of Iosif Sklavidis, Angelica Theodorou, and Christos Angelidis, participated in the Search and Rescue Project Use Case 2 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The scenario involved a plane crash in a non-urban mountainous area. The team supported the exchange of information between first responders on the field and the Command-and-Control Centre by using the COncORDE platform. This platform improved coordination among technologies and equipment and reduced the flow of information, making it easier to handle media coverage and assist victims’ relatives. The use of the decision support system component during the event facilitated decision-making on the field.
